Things to consider

•Minimum joint width of 1 mm. •Maximum joint width of 7 mm in vertical and 14mm in horizontal. •Do not use the grouts in industrial aggressive chemical prone areas and the areas which are subjected to aggressive cleaning with pressure or steam cleaning. •At least for 7 days after grouting for acid cleaning & submerged conditions.

weber groutadd is a blend of polymeric emulsion to be added in weber cementitious grout to enhance the strength and durability of the grout when applied between tile and stone in internal and external areas under wet and dry conditions on wall and floors.

• Gradually add approximately 2.5 parts of powder to 1 part of weber groutadd by volume allow the admixture to wet the powder for 2 min and mix thoroughly to a smooth, workable, stiff paste consistency by slow speed mixer.
• Do not extend the pot life by adding more water to the mixed quantity.

• Suitable for varied tile and stones - Ceramic, vitrified, marbles, granites and glass mosaic.
• Economical in use.

Weber epoxy system is 100% solid, reaction resin-based, impervious epoxy grout suitable for applications on all types of tiles and stones. When mixed as per instructions, it forms to a smooth, creamy easy-to-apply consistency. It also recommended for hygiene-sensitive areas requiring sterile conditions, stain and chemical resistance.

 

•Take 2 parts resin, 1 part hardener & 8 parts filler by weight •Mix the resin & hardener for a minute. Add 80% of the filler and mix it for 2 min.
